Disney’s Goofy Race and a Half 39.3 Mile Challenge

The Goofy Training Plan is geared towards runners who are looking to finish their first Goofy Challenge. This Program includes a balanced blend of single long runs, back-to-back training long runs, mid-week runs, cross-training and rest days to optimize recovery.

Please note, this is not a zero to running plan, and it’s recommended that you’ve been running at least a year consistently before starting this plan and are currently running at least 3-4 runs per week, a total of 20 miles per week, and a long run of at least six miles.

Disney’s Dopey Challenge Training Plan

The Dopey Training Plan is geared towards runners who are looking to finish their first Dopey Challenge. This Program includes a balanced blend of single long runs, back-to-back simulation runs, mid-week runs, cross-training and rest days to optimize recovery.

Please note, this is not a zero to running plan, or a program you should start without the proper base. It’s recommended that you’ve been running at least a year consistently before starting this plan and are currently running at least 3-4 runs per week, 2-3 runs of those runs at 4-5 miles, and a long run of at least 7 miles.
