What is the Holiday Challenge?
It’s a 9-week Challenge from October 31st through January 1st designed to motivate you to move consistently (run, walk, spin, strength, yoga…) through the holidays and into the new year with a goal to beat the Holiday 5!

The Holiday Race Series
Five holiday-themed 5k races, one epic season! The Holiday 5 x 5k Race Series will inspire you to run/walk for fun or for the win. With a variety of clever ways to win, everyone has a chance to win awards. With a 5K race every other week, you’ll maintain your racing mojo through the holidays, develop a solid fitness foundation for the new year, and earn a cool medal!
The Holiday Streak
The Holiday Streak is a fun and flexible challenge to keep your consistency high during the busy holiday season. The Streak is a simple format. Choose any combination of activities (run, walk, cycle, row, yoga, strength, and more…). Accumulate at least 30 minutes of activity in a day (all at once or in combined sessions), and earn 1 point. Set a PSG Personal Streak Goal and aim for a badge level. You can streak by aiming to move 30 minutes 3 days per week, 4-5 days per week, or a perfect 7 days per week. The goal is to progress (not perfection) toward the targeted holiday-themed badge.
The Holiday Training Plans and Workouts
You’ll have access to Coach Jenny’s 9-Week Holiday Training Plans including her two favorite holiday workouts! The Perfect Holiday Workout is a short, efficient workout that will boost your metabolism for hours! The Charlie Tree Strength Workout will build lean muscle tissue to aid in increased metabolism into the new year! She’s designed training plans for all levels and modes (runners, run-walkers, and walkers) to help you maintain and gain fitness and start the new year off strong. Plus, she’ll be right there with you every step of the way to answer your questions and coach you to success.
The Holiday Focus Podcast
Along the way, Coach Jenny’s Holiday Focus Podcast will inspire you to celebrate gratitude, reflect on your achievements this year, set new goals for the new year, and create a vision and plan to achieve greatness in the new year.

How to Join the Holiday Challenge
Joining the Holiday Challenge is easy. Simply follow the steps below to confirm your spot in the challenge.
Step 2: Join the Private Facebook Group and/or Strava Club
Upon registering, you will receive an email with a link to join the private Facebook group and/or our Community (off social media).
In this group, you can post your weekly goals and workouts, get inspired by the posts, participate in the weekly focus, and stay tuned in to the race info and more!
Step 3: Get Started
Download the easy to use Holiday Challenge Tracking Log Sheet, set your weekly goals, track your activity, and stay on target. As you run, walk, spin, and get in your activity, post your workouts in the Facebook group or in the Community.
