Need a little motivation to stick with your running and fitness routine during the busy holiday season? Join the Holiday Challenge! It’s a 9-week Challenge designed to motivate you to move consistently (run, walk, spin, strength, yoga…) through the holidays and into the new year with a goal to beat the Holiday 5!
There is something for everyone…
The Holiday Race Series
Five holiday-themed 5k races, one epic season! The Holiday 5 x 5k Race Series will inspire you to run/walk for fun or for the win. With a variety of clever ways to win, everyone has a chance to win awards. With a 5K race every other week, you’ll maintain your racing mojo through the holidays, develop a solid foundation of fitness for the new year, and earn a cool medal!
The Holiday Streak
The Holiday Streak is a fun and flexible challenge to keep your consistency high during the busy holiday season. The Streak is a simple format. Choose any combination of activities (run, walk, cycle, row, yoga, strength, and more…). Accumulate at least 30 minutes of activity in a day (all at once or combined sessions), and earn points. Set a PSG Personal Streak Goal and aim for a badge level. There are eight Grinch-themed Streak Badges you can earn! Set a goal that motivates you and fits with your life schedule. You can streak by aiming to move 30 minutes 3 days per week, 4-5 days per week, or a perfect 7 days per week. The goal is to progress (not perfection) toward the targeted badge.
The Holiday Training Plans and Workouts
You’ll have access to Coach Jenny’s Holiday Season Training Plans (run, walk, and run-walk_ and her two favorite holiday workouts. The Perfect Holiday Workout is a short, efficient workout that will boost your metabolism for hours! The Charlie Tree Strength Workout will build lean muscle tissue to aid in increased metabolism into the new year!
The Holiday Focus Podcast
Along the way, the Holiday Focus of the week will inspire you to celebrate gratitude, reflect on your achievements this year, set new goals for the new year, and create a vision and plan to achieve greatness in the new year. Coach Jenny will guide and inspire you with her weekly podcast.
The Holiday Recipes
Set yourself up for success this season with the accountability of a supportive, fun group of people. As we make our way through the holidays, you’ll receive inspiring weekly emails in your inbox with healthy recipes, and tips to keep you motivated all season long.

Upon registering, you’ll receive an email with a link to join the Facebook group and Strava Club. Not on Facebook or Strava? No worries, you can post your activity in the comments section of this blog post.
In this group, you can post your weekly goals, get inspired by the posts, participate in the weekly challenges, and stay tuned in to the giveaways. You can also post in the comments feed of this post.

Download the easy-to-use Holiday Challenge Log, set your weekly goals, track your activity, and stay on target. As you run, walk, and get in your activity, post your miles in the Facebook group or below in the post feed comments section.
