    I am 67 and just ran a 39 minute 5K. I had to walk some but my running seems as slow as my walking pace. what should I do? I am still finishing the original Couch to 5K series. I am on week eight. 5 min walk 28 minute run then a 5 min cool down. I can do the runs but very very slow.
