Join Challenge 2017 – Run Your Best Life This Year

Your best doesn’t happen overnight. It happens with smart training, patience, consistency, and effort. The CHALLENGE 2017 Program is designed to inspire, guide, and support you to running your best year ever.

12 Monthly Challenges. Twelve monthly running and fitness challenges that are designed to improve your running and life performance (speed, form, pacing, strength, flexibility, and more).

Create Healthy Habits. Every month we focus on creating Healthy Habits together including healthy eating, sleep, flexibility, mental strength and more. We’ll set personal habits goals, post daily as we create them, and enjoy the accountability of the group.

Motivation All Year Long. There’s even a Challenge that lasts all year long to inspire you to move regularly and run consistently.

Love, Support and Accountability. Plus, you’ll never feel more loved and supported when begin to connect with the Challengers in the private Facebook group. It’s a safe place to post, support, and connect with like-minded runners.

    Workouts for first couple weeks-January 1 I ran three miles, January 2 I walked, January 3 run, January 4, 6, 8 cross train for at least thirty minutes, January 10 and 13 run 3. January 11 and 14 cross train at least 30 minutes.

      January 16 I walked for about an hour, January 17 and 19 I cross trained at least 30 minutes, January 18 I ran, January 20 I ran 4 miles, January 21 I ran three miles. This week I hope to run 3 days and cross train two days.
