I really enjoyed the podcast for the 7 mistakes of long runs. what about 55 year old guys like me who have run for 30 years, but now have gained a bit of weight but still run 30-40 miles a week. What are your thoughts on running just every other day indefinitely instead of my 5 days out of 7 day week schedule?

    Coach Jenny,

Thanks so much for the shout-out!! The Inca Adventure was absolutely the best! We can now totally understand why the Sacred Valley is such a magical place for you and we were so happy to share the journey.

As “seasoned” distance runners, the 7 mistakes of long runs are no less relevant now than we started, and we always appreciate the reminders that you outlined so well.

Looking forward to seeing you again soon,

    Your Trail Buddies,
    Rojo Grande and Fancy Shoes
