It’s easy –>
- Set a realistic weekly mileage goal every week from November 23rd through January 1st. The mileage goal changes based on how busy your life is so you can achieve realistic goals and keep moving. You can also include cross-training into the goal – 10 minutes of cross-training = 1 mile running.
- Post your weekly goal and mileage workouts on the Holiday Challenge page. Or, if you’re not on Facebook, post it in the comments section below.
